Shipping Policy
At Femme Jewellery we do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We are a small business and take pride in each order that is made through us (we also do a happy dance with each purchase). Your item will be hand packaged and shipped from Newcastle, Australia, using the Australian Postal service.

$12 flat-rate Express Post Australia Wide by air 2-3 business days
E Parcel which includes tracking advice emailed to your designated email address, provided at check out.
If you live in a Unit/Townhouse/Apartment please make sure this number is placed at the front of your address so there is smooth delivery.

We are no longer responsible for your goods once an order has been shipped from Australia. You can contact us to check the progress of your order but we ask you to contact your local post office for the best information.

Other things to note

Most of our pieces are made-to-order, this process can take up to 10 business days before your piece is shipped to you. Please take note of this for any urgent orders and contact us to see if we can manage to ship the item any sooner.

Once an item is processed by us, we will update you via email on your tracking number and the status of your order.
Return Policy
​
At Femme Jewellery we guarantee the quality and satisfaction of our products! If you are not happy with a product you have purchased, get in touch within 7 days of purchase to receive a full or partial refund. Any piece of jewellery that is made with 9ct yellow gold has been delicately handmade in our studio with care and time, therefore, if you have changed your mind on any of our 9ct gold jewellery only a partial refund will be calculated based on the material costs of the piece.

Warranty
​
During the Warranty Period of six months from purchase, we will repair or replace, at no charge, any item that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and care.

Faulty Jewellery
​
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault happens within three months of purchase. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All items are checked and quality controlled before leaving the workshop. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately. In most instances, we will offer to repair the faulty item.
